Minimum of approximately 100 units
No maximum size. Portfolios will be considered
Financially underperforming or mismanaged properties with an opportunity for significant upside thorough a combination of increased rents, increased occupancy or reduced expenses
Individual electrical metering
No chiller systems
Pitched roofs
